I was lucky enough to visit France many times growing up, but 2013 was the first time both me and my wife Holly finally visited the capital. We arrived there by train, from London, with a stop in Amsterdam on the way.
Whilst expectedly expensive, it was an awesome trip. We stayed in a quaint hotel in some backstreets, walking distance from the Eiffel Tower, one of the obvious places on the list to visit. We also checked out the Lourve; cheekily I used this as an opportunity to work with Holly on my portfolio.
Using the metro we explored the city, feeding birds outside Notre Dame Cathedral and bought some artwork (a tradition on each trip we take), visiting the Arc De Triomphe and catching an awesome show at the Moulin Rouge.
